Nankhatai is a quintessential Indian biscuit which has gained so much fame in the past few years. Lets take a look at the steps to follow to make it more tasty

Prep: 15 mins
Cook: 30 mins


1/4 cup True Elements Gluten-free Rolled Oats
1/4 cup True Elements Raw Sunflower Seeds
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
4 tbsp Ghee
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1 tbsp Baking powder
Milk- Enough to make a dough

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a mixie jar powder the sunflower seeds and oats.
  2. separately. In a large bowl mix everything except milk.
  3. Incorporate well and add milk to make a soft dough.
  4. Line a baking tray and make small lemon sized balls.
  5. Place at a distance and press with a fork to flatten Top each cookie with sunflower seeds.
  6. Bake at 120 degrees for 20 minutes. let cool completely and savor.
