Description


Here is a shahi smoothie for you. It's rich in nuts and dry fruits and is sugar-free, perfect for anyone on diet.

Ingredients


4-51 tbsp Dry figs
4-5 tbsp Dates
3 cup Coconut milk
5 Peeled almonds
5 Walnuts
Ice cubes
1 tbsp True Elements Honey
1/2 cup True Elements Seeds and Berries Muesli

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. Soak the dry figs and dates in 1 cup coconut milk for 3-4 hours.
  2. In a blender add all the ingredients and blend it smooth.
  3. Serve this smoothie in a bowl and top it with muesli, some nuts, and fresh fruits.
